Negative ideas of Banning Fictional Content

What Antis never realize is that by banning loli and shota fictional content entirely and making creation/consumption of it illegal would be a very very bad thing for everyone because it means A. innocent people who just write risky topics would be treated as sex offenders, and B. those with those attractions irl won’t look at fiction to surpress their urges, they’ll go for the real thing if the punishment is the same.

By trying to protect fictional kids, you’d put real kids into horrible danger.

It’s the same as how classifying weed (which is also harmless btw) as a class 1 drug in America up until the last decade didn’t make people stop smoking it, it just made people more likely to try the hard stuff because they’d go to prison for the same amount of time.
In both of these cases a “gateway drug” is a myth made in panic that could just attract people with problems to something much worse.

Having an outlet for problematic thoughts and fantasies that doesn’t hurt anyone is only a good thing. And hell even if it’s just for fun (which is my case) it’s not hurting anyone if it’s kept in adult-only spaces.

People who draw Cub or Feral Grooming Others?

So someone who I’m following post this With how the fandom is going at the moment I won’t be surprised when we start to chastise anything NSFW in the community as it’d be grooming people to think of animals in such a way. We’re literally heading towards tumblerization.

I have learned something today You will never understand some people and question if lost their freaking minds.

Here is the definition of Child grooming maybe related to Cub/Feral. Child grooming is befriending and establishing an emotional connection with a child, and sometimes the family, to lower the child’s inhibitions with the objective of sexual abuse. I don’t think that way about people who draw cub or feral. Almost like thinking People who make Violence Video Games are Murders or something like that. Websites Want to purge NSFW works

Someone told me that Websites want to purge NSFW works for more sinister reasons than just protecting children. Sex is a Natural thing everybody does it. Why are we so against it?. We should not accept the ideas that Sex is a natural thing everybody does it. There are better ways of Handle it than deleting it, removing it, destroying it, etc. Ironically Sex created me, and Create you as well. I think the Most Messed up thing hearing that FanFiction.Net deleted 50.000 stories that contained MA Content. As side-note I wish there was a way to recovery 50,000 stories that contained MA content were deleted. But sadly there is no way to do that. Pretty Messed up and Screwed up if you really want my two cents on the matter. Or how about the ideas that Tumblr makes Neo-Nazi, white supremacist and far-right terrorist content perfectly acceptable and easy to find. Than Adult Content, etc.

FurAffinity.Net Rule and Law

So I want to talk about this Rule and Law on the Website FurAffinity.Net.

Here is the Rule/Law:

1) Content Involving Minors

Content featuring minors is prohibited when sexual activity is present. Minors cannot be in the presence of nudity, though exceptions may be made for non-sexual depictions of birth and breastfeeding. Minors are real or fictional humanoids with a childlike body or younger than 18 years old, and any adolescent animals.

In other words…Submissions involving sexual situations cannot contain characters under 18 or adolescent animals. Minors cannot be around nudity unless it’s a non-sexual depiction of birth.

This Rule and Law has been around since: Dragonner says those words: FA does not permit content containing minors involved in sexual situations. This applies to humans (Loli, Shota) or otherwise human-like characters (i.e. Cub) who are, without question, under the general legal age (18). Due to AlertPay (Their Funding) dropping them, citing mature cub art as the reason. Artists were given 21 days to clean their galleries, and cub artists were given protection from harassment. As for the Artists did not clean their galleries that content is gone forever. Because we all know when a website does this toward you:

Basically Don’t believe in Artists Freedom at all. Over don’t follow the United States Supreme Court ideas that Drawn Characters, fictional don’t actual-ages. So in many ways this Rule and Law is bullcrap if you want my two cents on that.

End Cyberbullying on DeviantART Petition

DeviantART is a great website for artists to share our art and people who enjoy art can communicate with artists and view art. It has so much wonderful features, enjoyment, and fun to it.

But, unfortunately, due to DevinatART not taking action to reports of cyberbullying, stalking, harassment, polemics, etc. it has become engulfed with bullies, trolls, and stalkers. And these bullies will often times work in groups to harass, spread lies, threaten, and stalk random users. Many of their victims chosen simply because of beliefs, religion, race, or the art they draw.

The bullying can become so hostile at times that hacking accounts, chasing people permanently off the site, or even forcing people to get new accounts to escape their bullies has become all too common. Awful polemics spreading lies, vitriol, and encouraging attacking other users is all too common.

Despite cyberbullies being reported constantly nothing is done. Blocking isn’t enough for many bullies continue to harass by writing polemics, sharing screenshots, and block evading by making new accounts. Some users will make up to 50 new accounts to block evade. And if a report is answered by admins the reply is to only block and ignore. Ignoring doesn’t stop bullies who are obsessed.

Even though the bullying, the polemics, and making up lies goes against deviantART’s Terms of Service, users are still ignored when they make reports. Often times reports are never even viewed.

Facebook and other social media sites have improved their monitoring and reporting system to better handle cyberbullies and respond to situations of bullying, stalking, and harassment. DeviantART has not done that.

What we are asking for is as follows:

DeviantART hires more staff and/or better trains staff to help go through reports of cyberbullying, stalking, and harassment.
That polemics (hate journals), deviations, and statuses created to target, spread rumors, and encouraging mistreatment of other users be removed and not allowed on the site at all.

That screenshots are not to be allowed as deviations if they share private info or private conversations unless both parties consent.

That people who repeatedly break these rules are suspended or removed from the site. A 3 strike rule or something like it put in place to keep repeated offenders from continuing their bullying.
That no one is allowed to make more than a certain number of accounts, to keep people from being able to block evade.
That hate groups not be allowed on the site, nor forum posts to harass and bully others.
To fix the reporting system. Make it easy to find and to share where bullying and/or harassment is happening.

For DeviantART to please take cyberbullying and stalking seriously and to make a huge effort in stopping it on their site so everyone can go back to enjoying art and not being bothered by people trying to harm us.

And that deviantART also uses the 2-step verification that Facebook, Google, and other sites now employ to make it harder for other people to access accounts. This will help keep cyberbullies from being able to get into someone’s account if they do not have that person’s phone, even if they guess the correct password.

We, the deviantART community, just ask for deviantART to remove these bullies and better monitor them when they are reported. Too many of us (myself included) have been forced to go to police and even take bullies to court all because deviantART wouldn’t help us with our bullies. And too many users have been chased off the site or harmed themselves from the intense bullying.Angelo Sotira, and everyone else who helped create and run deviantART, please hear us and help us make your site even better.

Please, listen to your users. We love your site and want to continue using it for years to come. But we can’t continue if we are constantly attacked, stalked, harassed, and mistreated by bullies we want nothing to do with.

As your community of devoted deviants, we all sign this petition to show you we need this done and want to help you achieve this goal of a bully-free deviantART.

His occupation is highly motivated by fame among both human and animals around Nome. He also likes Jenna, but she sees through his lies and loves Balto the pure-hearted instead, which further strengthens Steele’s hatred and jealousy of Balto. He is also dishonest, claiming that Balto and the rest of the team had died, but at the end of the film, when everyone finds out, all of his lies cause him to be shunned and disliked by those who used to respect him. He is mean and sarcastic when he gets on Balto’s nerves. He is sneaky, treacherous, envious, extroverted, loathsome, eccentric, temperamental, empathetic, egotistical, very talkative, somewhat of a pervert and energetic as well. He is also heartless, as he prevents Balto and the sled team from returning with the medicine, not caring that the children will die if the medicine isn’t delivered.

Steele Relationship with Jenna. Steele likes Jenna but she doesn’t like him. Steele wanted to ask her out but was rejected by her which would make Steele make an insult towards her. He tries to get Jenna anything if it meant Stealing but Jenna wouldn’t accept his offer again and would pretend that she’s into him only to get hurt. He would feel a bit angry about knowing that she loves Balto and by that Steele wouldn’t care how Jenna feels in certain situations. Steele even try to lie if that would give her a reason to spend time with him but he fails and he believes she just need time but his nature was revealed and presumably he now no chance of getting her anymore.

I don’t think Steele really intent the ideas of willing to let a bunch of kids perish. Steele other actions were because he was mad-love with Jenna. I don’t think Steele is the Evil Character of The Movie called Balto. Steele’s Hatred/Jealousy of Balto. Steele would get jealous of Balto more to see that Jenna is seen with him and it angers him way more when she admits that she loves Balto. Steele is fuel by Hatred/Jealousy of Balto and his love of Jenna. Not because Steele wants to Commit A Crime or be an Evil-Dog. But people love reminded me that Steele is Evil but always thinking Steele Jealousy of Balto and Steele loves Jenna. All his actions are related to that. I never thought Steele would Murder/Forced Sex, etc.

If you want my opinion: Steele never felt like an Evil Character at all. Steele always felt like a Neutral Character has impartial or mixed Morality.

Here are the goals of Villians/Organization are always incredibly Evil with one of five purposes: world domination, world destruction, corruption, genocide, or antagonizing the heroes.

Steele never wanted World Domination, World destruction, corruption, genocide. What about antagonizing the heroes may be asking. Steele fuel by Hatred/Jealousy of Balto and his love of Jenna. I don’t think classified as antagonizing the heroes.

I’m not really getting the connection that Steele from Balto is Bisexual or Gay. Steele spends all of his time to get Jenna. Something to keep in mind Steele he is Single not like Balto, Jenna. Steele always looking for Girls. Ever that I don’t agree with the ideas that Steele is Bisexual or Gay. In some ways, I can see Steele wants to be around Boys or Girls or Boys and Girls. Romance Attracted, Having Sex with them. You could just say I think he is Bi-curious.
