I found-out someone made a free fan-made Unlity Remake of the Bob-omb Battlefield stage of the Nintendo 64 classic level from Super Mario 64. Sound like a great-ideas but then Nintendo attacks the person over copyright infringement. The person making nothing over it, and also was fan-made project. Nintendo comments are: respects the intellectual property rights of others, and in turn expects others to respect ours. Nintendo is passionate about protecting its creative works developed to entertain its fans and takes the necessary steps to remove unauthorized content distributed via the Internet.
Here is my reply: I don’t think this person breaking copyright laws. The person making no money, and also a fan-made project. I have not hear other companies freaking out someone or group of people making a fan-made project over there content. You know some companies promotion those fan-made projects. For example: Fallout New Vegas Mod called Project Brazil. Obsidian Entertainment the development team of the video game. Reply was this:both praised the mod and recommended it to. Nintendo is a company used love but those day’s actoring like that person does not understand fan-made projects, non profit reasons.
