Calliou got Direct DVD movie called Calliou Holiday Movie. I have watch this special. This holiday special for some reason more enjoyable then the series to me. I will not call it great or awesome but decent in ways. The biggest position during the hole DVD direct you don’t hear Callou have infamous tantrums. Almost like you hate movie, and watch the sequel found enjoyable because took out the biggest problem.

Did you know exists Calliou Banned Episodes

I found-out some Calliou episodes are banned from TV. I can’t believe but honest truth. There are 4 episodes show maybe one or two never showed again for very good reason.

Here is the episode name, why banned from TV:

1) Big Brother Caillou: Caillou’s new sister Rosie comes home and Caillou gets jealous of all the attention Rosie is getting. BAN REASON: Caillou violently pinching his baby sister.

2) Caillou Goes Around the Block: Caillou decides to go on an adventure around the block all by himself one day. BAN REASON: Do I even have to tell you this?

3) Caillou’s Cross Word: Caillou and Leo learn a new word from a skateboarder at the park. They soon realize that some words can be hurtful. BAN REASON: The word “stupid” being used ten times, even though the message is that words like that can hurt.

4) Rosie Bothers Caillou: Caillou gets fed up with Rosie always destroying his hard work and never leaving him alone. BAN REASON: Yelling and screaming all around, and a scene where Caillou pushes Rosie out of his room and then throws her out into the hallway.

commonsense review of Calliou

Common sense is website talk this movie or TV show right for my kids. The website has review one of my less favourite being Calliou. With the score of 4 out 5. Here is the text: Parents  need to know that the main character is a sweet, curious child who loves to explore the world. The program sometimes deals with intense emotions such as fear, anger, loneliness, anxiety, and empathy, but they’re presented in a straightforward manner that will help kids, not frighten them. The character sometimes exhibits realistic behavior typical of a 4-year-old.

My reaction: completely speechless, shock how much this review
talking about Calliou good role model for kids. I have watch the TV show can agreed with the parents have know there kid have tanturms, spoil brat after watching show. In my mind would said Calliou  is a  spoil brat time to time. When he  is a not being spoil brat of kid. He actors like a normal 4 year old age kid. I think the parents reviews are speaking more of the truth about show.

Here is a review summer-up Calliou with honest truth: Wouldn’t you know it! The one thing my daughter learned from Caillou was how to whine! While there is always a positive message at the end, it is lost in all the whining.

Why is Calliou so popular

I want talk about Calliou being so popular and my thoughts over it. If don’t know Calliou is about 4 year old kid and his adventures thought daily life. Calliou the TV show based off French Canadian books of the same name. Callou the TV show was from 1997 or 8 still view today. Calliou TV show was cancellation in 2010 but didn’t stop then putting it on. Calliou TV show popular  can see all of episodes on NetFlixs, on YouTube.com. Showing the content own Calliou not jerk when come posting calliou without make profiting.

I have allway  hate Calliou since very young age to this today. Think he is bad role model for little kids. I do know little kids are not best when come actoring good. Every myself is example of that. But I was hoping the first time on watching Calliou. Calliou would be good example of actoring good. Not being spolied, brat of kid.

There was article explain study kids on watching spongebob square pants and Calliou. The study talk about: The children who watched “Spongebob” performed more poorly than those who saw “Caillou” and those who drew. I want give my thoughts have hear parents see there kid watch Calliou on YouTube.com explain: influence. I have a 4 year old brother. Like most 2 year old, he used to break out into tantrums. Then he began to watch Caillou. The only thing that he has matured in his speech. He still has temper tantrums and is a crybaby for a child his age.

On NetFlixs under Calliou said: active imagination gets him adventures that test his responsibility, teamwork and friendship. That parent found out Calliou teach his kid  o.k. have temper tantrums, crybaby.

On side note: Spongebob squarepants teach me be hard worker is good ideas. Based watching Spongebob squarepants work at his job over the years. I truly think not really  fair making Calliou vs. Spongebob spuarepants. One is comedy straight show and other preschool TV show. Almost like making vs. around call of duty vs. Warfare Online.

Calliou parents never get mad at him, don’t teach good manners.
His parents give him what he wants almost like a reward and he yells “Yay!”.

This so many other TV shows overshadow but this bad role model for kids. The only worth wild is: YouTube poops, funny and honest reviews, go animate videos, spoof. I can’t believe Calliou has fanbase and so easy found on the internet, in real life. I got huge number of TV show forgot because Calliou overshadow effect.

My history with Calliou
