Lacey Chabert voice  the character  called Ruth P. McDougal  from Hey Arnold. Who is in grade six, and look slimiar Arnold. Lacey only voice two episodes that this character talks. The other episodes this character has no talking parts. This was the first time ever hear Lacey Chabert voice.
